How to raise a support ticket?

There are 2 ways to start and submit a support ticket:

1. Register an account here https://support.tkhsgroup.com/login.php.
   1. Click the Create an Account link:
   2. Fill in the required information:
      
   3. Click Register and follow the confirmation sent to your email:
      
   4. You will then receive this confirmation that you have successfully registered for an account. You can verify and confirm by going to your email and login from the link sent.

1. To raise a support ticket as Guest/without registering an account click here:
   1. Fill up the required field and the CAPTCHA field and click Create Ticket.

How to check ticket status:

1. Login to this link: https://support.tkhsgroup.com/ click Check Ticket Status:
2. Fill-up the required information and click the button Email Access Link:
   
3. You will then receive an email link to the ticket you want to check:
4. Finally this link should lead you to the ticket details.
