How to Forward Your Email
1. Log in to your Microsoft Office 365 web Outlook
On the upper right corner, click on the gear icon>Mail>Forwarding
2. Toggle the switch for 'Enable forwarding' to On
3. Enter the email you want to forward your email. Make sure you check the box
“Keep a copy of Forwarded messages.” This will make sure it leaves a copy of the emails in your inbox.
Save and done.
You can verify by sending a test email to yourself and seeing if it forwards your emails to the desired email account specified in the above image.
