How to setup Email Signature on Webmail

  1. Login to your Microsoft office365 web outlook
  2. On the upper right corner, click on the gear icon>Account>Signatures

  3. Click on +New Signature. Add your signature name and the details.

Here is the official email template:

At the bottom of the page, look for Select default signatures

Choose the signature name you’ve created for:
For New Messages

For Replies/Forward
